Task 1: Organize an Email Inbox

Step 1: Open Outlook or Gmail

  • Click on your email app to access your inbox.

Step 2: Create Folders

  • Click New Folder and name it (e.g., School, Personal, Work).

Step 3: Delete Spam & Junk

  • Go to the Spam folder and delete unwanted emails.

Step 4: Set Up Email Filters

  • Go to Settings > Filters & Blocked Addresses to organize emails automatically.



Task 2: Schedule a Meeting in Google Calendar

Step 1: Open Google Calendar

  • Visit calendar.google.com or open the app.

Step 2: Click on “Create Event”

  • Choose a date and time for the meeting.

Step 3: Add Participants

  • Type the emails of the people attending the meeting.

Step 4: Set a Reminder

  • Enable notifications so you don’t forget the meeting.

Step 5: Save & Send Invitations

  • Click Save and invite participants.

  • Click on Outlook or Gmail.

Step 2: Click “Compose”

  • Start a new email.

Step 3: Add a Subject Line

  • Example: “Request for Homework Assistance”

Step 4: Write a Polite Message

I hope you are doing well. I need some help understanding today’s math lesson. Could you explain it again?

Step 5: Send & Check for Replies

  • Click Send and wait for a response.
